Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, print, and social media.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content and campaigns for social media, newsletters, websites, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive.
Brand Management:
Maintain and promote the organization’s brand identity.
Ensure consistency in messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
Event Promotion:
Support the planning and promotion of events, workshops, and conferences.
Create promotional materials and coordinate event marketing efforts.
Community Engagement:
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community members.
Engage with the community to raise awareness and support for the organization’s initiatives.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Gather and analyse data to inform marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenditures.
Ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Partnerships and Networking:
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to expand the company’s presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Create and present proposals to potential clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales processes.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the non-profit or disabilities sector.
Essential:
Experience with content creation and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience in using Google platforms, Meta, LinkedIn and Instagram to boost and run marketing campaigns.
Experience in creating and developing social media marketing campaigns.
Experience as a Support Coordinator.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
